Non-Road Applications

In addition to the strict particulate mass (PM) regulation of diesel passenger cars and heavy duty vehicles, reduction of PM from off-road applications is also a key subject, especially for construction equipment operating in urban areas. The use of DPF is required in order to achieve the greater level of PM control, including control of particle number as well as particulate mass.

Both NGK Cordierite DPF and Si-SiC DPF are recommended for non-road applications.
